Fellow shutterbug…not

Been back for 2 weeks now, sadly works been hectic and didn’t have a proper review of my holidayphotos – I wanted to share this one though: going to touristy places it’s hard to avoid fellow shutterbugs. Sometimes they are annoying, stealing the perfect spot. But most of the time they are friendly. This was taken at Park Island a place I’ve never heard of, been travelling over the bridge several times though. The island is virtually vehicle-free, which is very relaxing compared to urban Hong Kong.

At first when I saw this photo, I thought the girl was looking at me. sadly the crop told me otherwise: she’s actually posing haha. What about you guys, do you get yourself photographed alot by friends or even strangers when you’re shooting?

Check here for the crop

The wooden floorboards were pretty wobbly, I had to throw away many photos because people walked past me/kids racing around on their bikes all the time. I was like noooo! I thought: why the hell aren’t you people using the pavement! (right next to the wooden road) Including the female shutterbug: carrying her tripod and smiled at me. I returned a not so friendly face. Of all people she knew my trusty tripod couldn’t withstand her heavy footsteps. oh well…
